If you are busy and really don't have the time or like me the desire to workout, but still want to be healthy.
This is the answer. They started me out with an RMR test that helped me with my calorie intake and then a very easy commitment to keep with them of once a week. I could do that! I increased my metabolism and quickly saw results.
You have to try it to really see why you get results in a once a week workout.
