Ok I'm sorry but this isn't always true!
Regardless of how much fiber you have in your diet, the body does not clean out everything it should (especially if you eat meat!) which means there is a good possibility that you still have a lot of toxins in your system.

Which should be the whole point of trying to detox, IMO anyway.

I heard that you are supposed to have those done at least 1 every so many months.

Yeh..cleanses should be spaced like that 2-4 times a year. Any cleanse.

You should try the master cleanse sometime. Its crazy!
Even if you only do it a couple days.

Actually, people have gone on Water Fasts, and have had Bowel Movements going on 14 days.

Most food people eat is very processed/stripped of immune enhancing properties/digestive enzymes, and contains unnatural ingredients that can't be digested properly. Add that with the fact that most people eat too frequently, which only compounds the issue.
