try leg rises, crunches, side abs work out and cut down on all fizzy drinks, to keep that tummy flat, eating healthy means u also need to buy lean meat or go semi vegetarian and as well as cutting down all chocolates, they contain a lot of sugar, cholesterol and other preservatives.
well do not skip any meals or snacks, use fruits and nuts can be helpful, alternative to sweets and chocolates, even crisp. i do it and i am used to it, i have had my flat tummy for more than six months with a faint showing of a six pack. i love it but am a vegan too thats why flat tummies work best for people that either eat less meat or just control their diet, red and white meat both have high levels of cholesterol. so don't let yourself slip after you've achieved that goal
