Anyone ever have a good relaxing massage ruined because the whole time you're holding in a fart? Any sugesstions pre-massage? I mean it's a waste of money if you can't relax.
Excuse yourself to go to the bathroom, let 'er rip, go back and enjoy your massage. If you need to number 2 (the number reason people get gassy), go for it. It's better than getting a massage all clenched up.
take a couple of gas-x capsules with a large glass of water and go to the bathroom beforehand. that should help!

Get a massage every week and have never had that problem. However, there is never a problem if I need to get up and pee...so why not get up and phfooooot!
BLAST IT OUT! Then blame it on the person giving you the massage and explain that you'd like a discount because you don't pay for their aroma and sound effects during the massage.
OMG, it's a natural thing, on the average, a person farts about 25 times a day, that’s a lot. Does it make sense that on any given day someone who is talking to you is farting without you knowing it, but possibly does smell the awful odor.. Personally, I have had plenty of massages', and not had that delima.., personal choice, if you want to be cool, excuse yourself, let her rip , clean up and go back to your massage..
