Has anyone tried the The Firm Wave board? I exercise at home and am always looking for new DVDs and this looks like fun. But I wonder if I'm coordinated enough to do it. Had anyone tried it?
I have both The Firm Wave and the T-Bow. The T-Bow is a similar piece of equipment albeit more expensive. I have written an extensive review on both which you can find here http://www.squidoo.com/firmwavepersonalgym from this site you can find links to my other reviews.
I love the wave it's an inexpensive and easy to use piece of equipment. I have a lot of experience with this type of product so if you'd like any questions answering I'll do my best to reply.
I work out at home too and I bought it. It's not for me.
I'm not impressed with it personally, but there was a post on here not too long ago about it and some people liked it way better than I did, so maybe you will like it too.
I'll probably sell mine...
