So, I picked up one over a month ago from Bed Bath Beyond. $20 after the coupons.

I love this thing! I am doing tons of pull ups, chin ups, and the bicep pullup?? and a few other variations.

I am able to do more than when I started.

I have been doing 3 reps of 6 of pull ups, chin ups, bicep pull ups.

Anybody else use one?

Ha I saw that thing and just wondered if it would just rip the door frame off.

You should measure first but it fits normal door frames. I love mine! You can't really mess up a pull with bad form. Well, I guess you could by not going down all the way or dropping down to fast.

But it is an amazing workout.

The today show did a review on this a few months back- they said that it worked well and gave it the thumbs up

I would like to get one.
Sure, would be nice to know if any of those ab machine products from the infomercials actually work and which one.

I've got the Iron Gym. Very happy with the purchase. And pull-ups are one of the best exercises that one can do.

Have fun!

One thing I did learn...

While you are hanging on the bar....don't hop to move your hand grip. It will unhook from the wall and it will get very exciting

I bought mine 6 months ago and love it! It really helps develop strength. I also have the Ab straps too and love that also.
