Lets see some videos of workouts or routines that get you inspired. Im a guy, but never get motivated by watching other guys workout. Its always when I see women working out and giving 100% effort that really motivates me to get out and exercise.

This is a great vid that I found off of the Crossfit site of some of the crossfit women fitness folks. These are NOT bodybuilders but just women who care about functional fitness and being in the best and healthiest shape possible.

Another couple of inspirational vids. These two show my fighting styles in the martial arts:

YouTube - Paul Mills American Kenpo Energy Video Clip

And my favorite 147 - 175 pounder - Tommy Hitman Hearns.

My favorite workout videos are by Leslie Sansone....Yeah, Yeah, nobody likes her much because she talks a lot. But to me, talking makes the time go by so much quicker and it motivates me. Reminds me of when I ran track in high school, the coach always talking and yelling at me, but it was to motivate me to go further and not give up. I like that than just plain silence. Silence makes a workout boring to me.

And watching videos of famous marathon runners/distance runners on YouTube. Like Joan Benoit. Those motivate me a lot to go for my run/jog for the day.

This just makes me want to go outside to practice all of my martial arts routines. Simply amazing amazing amazing. Martial arts are perhaps the best form of exercise one can undertake. The spiritual, mental and self defence abilities are bonuses.
