Probably not. If you can do pullups, and work with other weights and/or machines you should be okay. But Im not 100% sure because I dont know exactly whats wrong with your wrist. Normally, it would be fine because you are using both hands to grab the kettlebell.

Ganglion/swelled nerve from rep motion @ work. I let it go down on its own because I did not have health insur. and did not want some welfare doctor working on it. (you can lose your hand to even just steroid shots..eek) Right now as is the back of my hand burns sometimes but I think it is muscular because massage makes it go away and my mobility is not affected (was before) the bubble pops up sometimes but I give it a few days and its gone again. Its right in that dent above the wrist and below the handbones(not fingers).
