I guess my strength is coming back. Im not benching a lot more than my body weight, but I was able to do another "muscle up" this morning. This was even after I did my run. It looks easy but is VERY DIFFICULT.
I'm a 205lbs male with a PR bench press of 275lbs. What do you CD guys press?
How come I feel like I just travelled back in time to a conversation between a bunch of troglodytes in my high school lockerroom? What's the next question gonna be? "Hey, did Mary Lou put out last night?" LOL.
Peace.

Does someone have some really old issues here? You can talk to me. I was president of the band and a jock.
Honestly in most cases lifting maximum weight one time, unless doing it for a competition, is harmful and stupid. There are some workout routines that call for very heavy weight but it usually has you repping it at least two to four times. Besides, what good is it to bench 350 lbs. if you look like a fat slob? I think the entire package of working out is a combination of things like health, appearance, confidence, and yes strength (especially if you have a job where its needed). The whole mentality of who is stronger than who is pretty amateur when you should be focused on technique, progression, and prevention of injury (hemorrhoids anyone).
