I am interested if anyone has tried a Cubii Under Desk Elliptical Machine or any type of Desk Bike Pedal Exercise Machine.

Just started researching and would appreciate any opinions.

Thank you

I don't have a Cubii but I bought this Ancheer pedal exerciser about a year and a half ago (August 2019): https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RCGW45H/ . I was preparing for total knee replacements (both knees) in 2020 and wanted SOMETHING that I could use both pre- and post-surgeries, and this has worked well.

I like it a lot and it wasn't too expensive ($120 with a $20 coupon). It does move around some when I'm using it on carpet, but I fix that by placing 1-2 bricks at the far side. I have it in my home office under a table and try to remember to use it whenever I'm using that table (which is pretty often). I have other heavier-duty exercise equipment that I also use, but this little machine is a mindless way of getting more exercise.

I have the Stamina Inmotion elliptical. It can be used under the desk or standing. I try to use it 10 minutes every hour when I am working. I have wood floor and it still wasn’t particularly stable, but I got a silicone pet mat to put underneath and that solved the problem.

I can't believe I'm saying this as you all know I'm pretty anti-gimmicky exercise machines, but these are actually pretty cool. If I wasn't 6'1" I'd probably look into this. I just know I'd be banging my knees on the underside of my desk constantly with one of these. Guess I could swing it out and turn sideways. Maybe a Father's Day gift for me!

That might make it hard. I am not tall and still have to swap my chair out to use the elliptical. It’s mostly because the office chair rolls away though. I can make it low enough, but I have a low dining chair that works better and does not roll away.

Thank you everyone for your posts ! Appreciate the great suggestions !

I watched a Cubii utube and the guy said it weighted about 30 lbs. and felt, overall, it was worth the almost $300 price.

I'm glad to hear other models work great with a few adjustments.

Thank you again

Physical therapist loaned me one of these during recovery from a knee replacement, and they definitely can give you a little workout and flex the knees and hips. I returned it to her a few weeks later. I've often thought about getting one of my own, but have just never followed through. They are heavy and do take up some space. I had to place it against a wall to keep it from walking away; did it while watching tv. Not sexy, but does the trick if you're consistent.

I have a Cubii JR1 & really like it. I got it through QVC. It's quite heavy & solid, so you probably don't want to move it around regularly all the time like from under-the-desk to in front of your sofa when youw atch TV, although I wish it was lighter so that could be done daily, but oh well.

I just happened to go to the QVC site & it's $190 right now AND you have the choice to pay in 5 installments of $37.99...don't know for how long this will last so I'd snap it up if I still needed one!
