I recently bought the Wii Fit. The program is very good since it incorporates balance and strength training. But I find that when the Body Test is done there are large variances in the weight. For example, it will say I lost 3 # and two days later say I gained 6# then a day later gain another 3# and then lose 6# again. Is this accurate... does our weight change THAT frequently or does it not take in consideration muscle gain for the weight change?? Any feedback here or experiences you all have had with this???
