drink more water, take a barbell, make it weight 100 lbs.
while holding it, get your feet back and do a push-up and when you are at the top of the pushup jump in with your feet, clean and press the bar. then lower it down on you shoulders behind your head and squat it, and as you go up press it again over your head and back to the front, then get the bar down on the ground.
Repeat as many times as you can with no rest in between repetitions, and make the repetitions rapidly.
I only sweat a little when I exercise and it's not even noticeable and I don't even feel tired. I can jog 1 hour on the treadmill at 5.8 avg speed etc.... and still nothing, even when I increase the speed, the only thing that I accomplish is making my knees hurt when I walk up the stairs, even when I exercise that extreme, I still do not sweat enough, the most is probably feeling wet on my forhead. Is there something wrong with me? I am not overweight, average weight that I maintain by exercising.
if you arent sweating then you arent going fast enough.

A very slow jog would start at 6 mph, anything slower is just crawling. A run I would say starts at 7 mph. Since you are on a treadmill, you are probably in air conditioning. Also, on a treadmill, you need to set the inclination at 1 or 2% at least in order to simulate running outdoors. A decent run is about 7 mph at 2% for 30 minutes. If you are running for more than an hour, then you aren't pushing yourself hard enough. If your knees hurt, then I would recommend switching to an exercise bike.
A basic treadmill workout for me would be 10 min at 7mph with 2-3% incline, 20-25 min at 7.5 mph with 3-4% incline, 10 min at 8 mph with 2-3% incline and 5 min at 6.5-7 mph with 1-2% incline.
I do notice that when I'm in better shape I sweat more. Someone who is fit will typically sweat more and start sweating earlier in their workout.

i would think the opposite. fat people sweat walking up the stairs. when i did cardio i did sweat like a pig but i also pushed myself to the limits of what i could do.
I've read that people sweat more when they are fit. Intuitively it might seem that the opposite should be true, but if you think about it, it makes sense that a fit person would sweat more. Physical activity causes the body to make the adjustments needed to tolerate physical activity. Increased perspiration helps a person better tolerate the heat generated by physical activity, making it so one can more readily engage in exercise without having to slow down due to overheating, so increased perspiration in a fit person jibes with the idea that the body will adjust to make the person more tolerant of physical exertion.
