Just wondering what lifts you guys do for your forearms. I've been lifting 4-5 days a week now and have been getting some really good results, especially in my biceps. I don't want my arms to begin to look strange if my forearms are too small.
unless you are training to be a competing bodybuilder you'll be wasting time by devoting an actual workout to the forearms. By doing weightlifting in general along with some carry type workouts, your forearms will get bigger and stronger without having to waste time targeting them directly.

Reverse barbell curl is what I do to keep everything in looking normal.
Keep those forearms small; that way, your biceps and triceps look larger and comparison. No one wants cankle forearms.
@Howiester: I lol'd at that statement!, I work em out but I would never want them to be the relative size of my biceps. I'de would get lol'd at every time I walk in the gym!
@Everyone: And the forearms are not that useless. When I was moving furniture for my cousin. Needless to say, my forearms put work in moving all that furniture to and fro from the house. The FA's are also good having good grip too since they are completely responsible for ringer movement.

My forearms and grip are worked from deadlifting 3x my body weight, not reverse curling 25 pounds.
