I am not muscle bound. I am skinny as a toothpick. I am 5-7 and 215. But I have a friend that is 5-10 and 165 I am actually smaller than he is so I am not musclebound I could pass as 150.

Talking workout machine that uses free weights...best of both worlds

Hi

At the gym where i workout they use a machine that lets you use free weights for the resistance. You can literally do hundreds of exercises on the machine. then you grab the dumbbells and do those too. I do classes there and we combine free weight exercises and countless machine exercises. it is called the G-Werx gym. if you are looking for something for home use this would be awesome. the trainers at my gym teach classes with up to 10 people at a time each having their own machine and rack of weights. So in answer to your question I would say that combining machine and free weight exercises is best.

It's great you don't buy in to the "women should stick to light weight" theory. Why would anyone not want others to be strong?

I bet I am bigger than you are your probably one of those people that only lift 225 lbs while screaming at the top of your lungs then walk around with imaginary lat syndrome.

For a second, I am going to pretend like you're not lying with your numbers.

Even if you are bigger and stronger than most people on here, why do you feel the need to put them down? Is everyone inferior to you because you can deadlift and squat more than they can? Sounds to me like (if you weren't lying) you're one of those people who lifts because you have so many insecurities and this is your way of indirectly portraying so.
