Has anyone here done the T Tapp exercises? (reviews, programs, workout)

I'm curious about them after reading some reviews on their forum, but, would like to hear from someone not on their forum since the dvds are a little pricey. Another thing the owner advocates is dry brushing. Has anyone done that, and does it really help? Thanks.

For anything that keeps secret what it is; I call scam.
This will very likely be a summary of everything you could read at any training-specialized forum(i mean a serious forum for people who work out, not just a single board like this one)
And sure it'll probably work, but you'd throwing money on something you could get for free...

You can even go to YouTube and check out some of the stuff for FREE.

Its nothing that you probably havent already seen or done before. As I always say, any and all DVD based "workout" or "exercise" programs are A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. The only exception being P90x.
