I hope so as well, I am living in my car but it is like around the 25 degrees so I am kind of okay so far. There is this woman I hope it works out well but she said I can stay at her house and help her with stuff until I can get back on my feet. Too good to be true, but hey i am a good person and I believe in people that if i saw one in my situation and I had power, I will have him share what i would share with myself.
So yes I pray this woman is real just waiting for it tonight to happen it is 3:19pm right now

I still think you are crazy, but glad you made it. Hopefully you can get your stuff together in Anchorage. I think you made a good choice by heading there instead of fairbanks. I am in Whitecourt, Alberta right now myself heading to Fort Nelson tomorrow. Did you sleep in your car the whole way up? How did that go? Post pictures and good luck with your new adventures.

I am happy you made it here and chose Anchorage Yemeni - and the deal to stay and help sounds good as well.

6.7Traveler - Enjoy the rest of your journey and have a safe one at that. You are coming up on what I think is the start of the most impressive part of the journey to Alaska and once it starts it never stops. Not even when you get here. (ask YemeniAlaska about that)

As I found out, people here like to keep here a secret. We don't want another crowded city like Miami, NY, or LA here.

Well, glad you're alive. Are you staying with that lady who offered you a place?

Good. I thought the questions were a little strange for what the job is, but oh well. The parting words were, if you don't hear anything within a couple of weeks, give me a call or email me. So, I hope that's a good sign.?!

Yeah that sounds good. If you'd totally blown it they wouldn't have told you to get in touch in a couple weeks, lol.
