Kids in our school built a tiny home and then put it up for sale. Thought about buying it and putting on the empty lot by my house and using it for an Airbnb.

A lot more happens in schools than most people realize. Our kids run a garden and chicken coop. They cook. They sew. They don’t even use tech until 6th grade.

The State pays most of your insurance. But I am talking about malpractice insurance in the private sector.
Teaching is not in high demand compared to the medical, and even engineering fields. Also, to become a MD takes lot more time, effort, and money than becoming a teacher.
