Good list. I wonder if there is a size limit excluding Houghton and Marquette, as both of those belong near the top.

I don't know what their criteria was, but when Gillette Wyoming makes the top 10, it's time to re-evaluate their thought process.

After going over this list more I'm a bit more forgiving... it's hard to pick just 10 though. Spokane, WA does look really nice. I thank them for bringing it to my attention. Lots of clouds in the winter but warm temps, and still sun in the summertime. Fargo is too cold for me though. I can think of other places that could be listed.. Rapid City and Sioux Falls, SD.. Rochester, MN.. La Crosse, WI. Billings, MT
