We travel frequently to Fargo and are looking for a good places to eat that are off the beaten path. I am aware of the big chains along 13th, but I was hoping for something a little different. So if you had a 2 hr trip to Fargo and wanted lunch or dinner, where would you stop?

Right now, I like the following for something different:

- Casa Ramos
- Cajun CaFe
- Santa Lucia
- Kobe's

The following aren't bad at all:

- The Hu Hot
- Santa Lucia

I'm not one that eats out often as I am an amature chef and like to do my own cooking, but these are the places I go when I want to eat out.

Although I'm not the OP, thanks for the suggestions. I really enjoy Mexican/Asian food and doubt I'll be able to find any in Harvey.

Thanks for the suggestions! Maybe taking a roadtrip to Fargo or Aberdeen this weekend for a grocery run, so hopefully I can give one of these places a try. Thanks again!

I can't believe no one said Grand Junction! BEST SANDWICHES EVER! They have one in N. Fargo, S. Fargo and Moorhead! Great bread... you can even bring a loaf home with you, too!

We tried out Spitfire Grill this weekend and it was really good. Our 10 yo coericered us into eating at Space Aliens, which thankfully was not disgusting and was at least not expensive! Cant wait to try some of the ones yall recommended!

This sounds like a unique concept that's ready to open in Fargo. Vinyl Taco. Eat tacos and listen to music on old fashioned turntables. Future review to come.
