Not to be off topic to far but since tattooing is a painful process that leaves the skin injured and swollen I just don't get what the attraction is to doing this.
People don't otherwise injure themselves if they are normal so why this?
As most women know...beauty hurts. A great deal. If I want to go through the pain of a tatt...that's on me.
It's funny how people judge others on having tattoos. I saw an article the other day. People with over 10 (not sure on number...higher than 10) tatoos is dangerous/criminals.
Sorry, but in this case your comparison is very weak being apples to oranges.
The sun is a normal thing in all of our lives so the body will tan to protect the skin. Tattoo's don't protect anything.....they only injure the skin.
I'm not talking about "hey look, the sun's out today and I'm wearing a tank top" tanning. I'm talking "I have a membership at the local tanning bed and my skin looks like leather" tanning.
