Occasionally when I go out in a dress or skirt (must be long, enough so the tops of the stockings and garters cannot be viewed). I like to wear a pair of heels. I feel so sexy and sleek. We were talking about this at work today, seems like I am the only one. I am not talking about trashy staff. Really pretty, sexy beautiful stuff. Most of the women said they thought it was trashy or couldn't be bothered. What are your thoughts???

I'm looking for the kind that are held up by a garter belt, not the sticky stay-up top ones. Do you have any suggestions for a good brand of quality thigh-high stockings?

That's a problem. I live in the GWN, so I go to a really nice lingerie shop (just for the nylons, although silk ones are so beautiful). I have purchased online too. If I remember what website (I'll try) I will pm you.

In the days of youth I used to wear this stuff all the time in public like outerwear where the string of my garters have to show. Then I got lazy. Honestly I can't see a point in wearing this stuff unless somebody is going to see it, or if I am going to dance in front of the mirror to the tune of Goodbye Horses.
But to each their own... I'm just not that feminine.
When this winter rolls around, I'm in stockings all the time. I love socks and stockings and lacy underthings. In fact, I have so much of it I had to transfer everything into a larger drawer recently, and if I'm not careful, I'll need to start a new drawer of them soon. I'm not particularly feminine (I'm kind of a tomboy), but there is just something about stockings and panties and such.

Obviously not for the corporate environment, but to me, nothing is hotter than seeing an attractive lady in a skirt and heels, showing a bit of the stocking tops....
Once again at the mere mention of lingerie the men come out of the woodwork and into the fashion and beauty forum. Am I the only one who sees a trend here?
