It's not a jester's hat. Amazon has all kinds of jester hats.
It's a Jester-style winter hat made by Bula. They wear them snowboarding, I think.
The guy I know who wears one is in his 40's. I laughed so hard the other day when I saw him wearing it. But I also saw that it was very warm. He says he can't remember where he got it.

I don't snowboard. Nobody wears hats like that around here except for young children. I guess if it's a snowboarding thing and everyone else is wearing them to snowboard it might look fine. However, I can't imagine going out shopping or to dinner etc wearing one of those things.

Well...I'm sure the people who wear those snowboarding or skiing, can't imagine going downhill in a LBD and some strappy shoes either...
