Agreed. Most men don't like the unibrow look either.

Make up should enhance certain features of their face that they want to bring out or hide a blemish or two. It shouldn't make you look like an entirely different person. If you a woman who wears a lot of make-up removes it and you can't recognize who she is, I think she's wearing a lot of make up. Look at someone like Nancy Pelosi...she's already scary with make up, she'd probably look like the Crypt Keeper without it.

My FIL says the same thing in polite company "I prefer women in a natural state", yet neither of the women he's been married to walk out of their bedroom in the morning without makeup on.

Most men I know prefer that once the "lights are out" so to speak, that women remove their makeup and brush out their hairspray- because it doesn't taste/feel good.

And I agree with the other poster - pretty is pretty, ugly is ugly. Make up, well applied, can accentuate beauty, but it's too often OVER applied.

Why do so many guys have such beef with her...? The woman obviously looks her age, but I don't find her ugly.

Most men can't tell the difference between well-applied make-up and "natural" and may honestly say they prefer "natural." Only that it's anything but natural.

Probably because her arrogance and shrill personality overshadows any degree of physical attraction she once may have possessed. Not all of us think with our "other" head.

I thought we were talking objectively about her looks alone.
