I don't mind some pronounced veins in a man's arms; that's normal. I don't like the juicer jock look, though. We get our vitamins and supplements from GNC, where they always give us a free magazine with purchase, and some of the guys in there are just gross.
Meh, I never really noticed. I like a guy who is strong but not overly muscular. There is a guy I know, he could be doing the most random task but if you watch his arms, he's actually got great arms but you wouldn't look at him and see bulging muscles and definitely not veins. I guess I'm going with no, I don't like it.
Complete turn off unless it's a medical condition. To me abnormaly bulging veins tend to mean a Gym Bunny which is one of the category of men I personally find most unappealing. Niced toned arms yes. Bulging veins which look like they are going to explode or burst is not a good look IMO.
I think its more about looking fit and muscular (not too much, somewhere along the lines of a male model). Bulging veins is probably attractive if its part of looking fit, not when its because your SUPER SKINNY or look like you take steroids.
I think most girls would find this: http://soci313bourdieu.webs.com/male-body.jpeg a good balance between muscular and cut, but not steroid looking. I know alot of girls like the "V" lines where the legs and the hips connect on a guy.

I really don't like that look at all myself. I find it looks a little too "worked for" , I prefer men who look natural. Toned is good but I find this 6 pack look really unappealing. I prefer men who look like they lead a healthy lifestyle but don't spend time in the Gym trying to "obtain" a certain look.
To me that look you highlight is just contrived and I always think the guy will be vain and spend most his time in front of a mirror. Most of my Gay friends aim for that look .
