Cloths....oh I should be a good person and not post this. Anyhow, years ago, a friend from the gym was working at a convenience store in the college town where he was attending school. This girl came in on Halloween with a cut up bicycle wheel around her waist with feminine pads (cloths - John bardeen) hanging on the spokes. He asked her what she was supposed to be and she said "I am a menstrual cycle."

lol!

There was a guy who pinned a bunch of Barbie dolls to his shirt. When asked what he was supposed to be, he said "Chick magnet". :-)

What kind of "cloths"? To make Halloween costumes? Try Jo-Anns Fabrics.

Or are you trying to say "clothes" and leaving out the "e" for some reason?

And by that, do you actually mean "costumes"?

In which case, just look around. You can't swing a black cat without hitting a Halloween pop-up store.

And there's always the Internet.

I find that the auto parts store sells good quality cloths. They're packaged 10 to a bag and they're called "shop towels". Red is the color, although one plant where I worked they had tan ones.

As for ideas, how can you NOT notice all the ideas every store or website will offer soon if they aren't already? As for the best discount? Your own closet and your imagination!!!!!!!!! The simplest costume requires nothing more elaborate than a white sheet. Throw it over your head and cut two holes so you can see where you're going! Didn't you ever see the movie Philadelphia? At a costume party the lawyer showed up wearing an ordinary business suit with pages of office paper pinned all over it. He was a "lawsuit". Probably took 10 minutes to make. A friend of mine went to a Halloween party dressed as a suspicious package. He wore two big pieces of cardboard stapled together with an address printed on one side and carried a ticking wind up alarm clock in his pocket.

Here's a tip for anybody shopping for Halloween this year, head to the thrift stores. I manage one, and we are loaded with costumes. We also don't expect nearly as many people will be out partying this year, so we are pricing them cheap just to move them out. And by cheap, I'm talking $3-$5 for complete costumes.
