Either never dated a man with rough hands or I was too drunk to notice.
A man with super smooth hands is usually a man who doesn't work with his hands - not my kind of guy. He needs to be able to fix stuff, change tires, etc. without worrying about messing up his smooth hands.
My husband works in the oilfield. Those rough hands mean lots of hard work, and making a good living, which helps us enjoy a good life together. I'll take those rough hands any day!
I do landscaping and I wear gloves, so my hands stay smooth. However, I do have "harder" i guess skin on my fingertips and my palms. But they aren't like baby smooth, there just not scaly.
If you like scabs, broken nails, hangnails, and callouses, then that's fine, but it's ugly.
