I am not French, but let's face it, French women are extremely feminine... they don't want to be men, they want to be women, and classy, elegant ones!
And they make their imperfections look so incredibly charming that what some would see as flaws turn out to be a huge plus! Oh, the beautiful and graceful French...
Also, they don't want to have plastic surgery to look 25 when they are 50... everyone notices that, my dear...
And they dress age-appropriately, oh, such a simple thing yet so few do it!

Nothing against seeing a good dermatologist or have beauty treatments, just do it to look natural.
Yeah, not natural like your plastic surgeon says "sure, dear, just another nip/tuck will make you look fabulous!", natural like the whole world won't look at you and say "gosh, that is stretched skin, and those are balloon lips!"
