"Shrugs" (or whatever else they call them) --- looks like you washed it in the wrong temperature and it shrunk. Long sleeves and a sweater that only covers your breast area. Those things look ridiculous!!!
Droopy drawers pants --- Guys, pull your pants up!! You look like a moron!
Pajamas in public --- geez, did you just roll out of bed? Have you washed your face, brushed your teeth, or showered yet??????
Any pants, shorts, sweats with writing across the butt. As I've told my daughter when she asked for a pair of sweats with something across the rear: "You don't need anyone reading your butt or looking at your butt long enough to read it". I explained to her about having self-respect and not to intentionally draw someone's attention to her body parts.
Those loose "basketball" shorts --- they look like they're 5 sizes too big and just look gross.
Skirt-suits worn with suntan-colored hose, white socks, and white gym sneakers to get to work. I see it all.the.time around here. It's not just fuggly, it's smelly! I think so anyway, 'cause when I did work at a super dressy office, the office smelled like feet on a regular basis from all those gym shoes.
Even worse, at that office, once in a while, they'd do a barefoot yoga demo in the KITCHEN (!) to promote the company's healthcare add-on fitness plan. Ew, ew, ew!
Worst style: skunk hair (black with bleach blonde highlights or blonde with thick black streaks)

Pants on "men" falling down to your A##. Grow up and pull up!
