What! Who says your ugly! It must be the same people that say it over and over to you knowing that it's affecting your self esteem. YOU ARE NOT UGLY and don't listen to or hang around people that say that to you.
Is anyone really sure that the photo actually belongs to OP? Seems to me someone could be setting this guy up by posting a link to his photo (which is not ugly btw).
You're NOT ugly....believe this!!! At the same time there will always be someone who gets their jollies by putting others down, don't take it personally, let it go in one ear and out the other.

Really???? i honestly don't see anything wrong with you, you look pretty darn handsome to me... learn to accept yourself for the way and who you are regardless of what others may think of you, beauty is skin deep & in the eye of the beholder. #justmyopinion but that's how I feel about the situation
