Is plastic surgery getting to a point where it is starting to look natural?

I dont understand why people look down on those who resort to plastic surgery. Not everyone is happy with the way that they look. In this image driven society, I don't blame them. For instance, I'm actually looking at plastic surgeons in my area now to enhance my breasts. Who cares if it's fake? I'm doing it for me so I can feel more feminine. I say do what you feel.

The fact that you can point out that someone has had surgery automatically makes the surgery 'not natural looking.'
