I actually think we will see this becoming more popular. I mean it's already growing (still slowly) now, with shaving/waxing/hair-removal of not just facial hair and chests but legs, armpits etc. If women began doing this at the turn of last century, I think men will take this up pretty soon and in the process become more 'sexualised' as women have been. I'm not saying it's good or bad, but it will be equal. Do you think we'll reach the point when this will be mainstream and what would your opinion of it be? Women are born with hair on their legs and hairy pits so don't start with all that 'but it's not natural blah blah' stuff lol.
I think women mostly started this because men wanted it.
Men rarely do things as a result of what women want (they usually have no idea what we want, even when we tell them point blank).
If men are shaving their chests, they have their own reasons for it and it will or won't become a trend based entirely on their secret man-code. Same reason some of them wear pants with the waistlines down to their knees, and 40-pound solid fake gold pendants dangling from equally fake chains around their necks.
That would be one reason to shave their chests though - so they don't get tangled in their fake gold chains and hurt.

men will do anything that helps get them some action. im not sure if shaving will have the increased attractiveness level if the guy doesnt work out at all. women look good naked either way. men are gross. but i wouldnt be surprised if it catches on. i shave most areas.

It's sad that I keep hearing 'men are gross' from both men and women. No wonder why half the world seems to be turning lesbian (especially the men, haha). Of course you'll be gross if you think you're gross and don't take care of and aren't proud of your body. No I'm not gay but both men and women are beautiful in their own way, naked or not .
