It says it tones your skin in two but works in four. I have not tried it. Take a picture 2-3 times a week in the same spot at the same time of day. Pictures will show if it makes a difference or not.

Oh come on. Cellulite is FAT. You know that, right? No cream is going to do diddly-squat about that. The ONLY thing that will, is exercise and diet.

Exactly!

The only thing the OP will reduce is the bank account...
those creams can be expensive!

I tried it a while back and let me tell you, IT DOES NOT WORK. I tried it for 3 months and all it does is make my thighs FEEL smooth. So please do not waste your money and time.

Don't waste your money unless you just want your skin to feel smooth. I consider these types of products just fancy and expensive lotions, and I really do believe that cellulite is just part of the aging process unless you have been extremely active all of your life; even then, I am not so sure that you won't have it.

You really should not try to lose any more weight. You are at the bottom weight for your height. Gaining some muscle (5-10) lbs on your legs could actually help with your cellulite too. You can be a lightweight with a high body fat. You can always cut fat after you put that muscle on. Plus eating to put on muscle you avoid too much salt and carbs which is also a good way of eating to keep the cellulite at bay.

Also if you increase your muscle under that fat its going to pool a lot less and make for less dimples. If you just lost the weight recently you are going to have looser skin = cellulite. It can take awhile to tighten up but using lotion is good for healing.

Review any meds you are on. Some can create cellulite like birth control.

Those creams don't work. Cellulite is fat under your skin. Best bet is to tone the muscles in your legs- building muscle will disguise it. And anyone can have cellulite. I weigh 108, am a size 0 and have some.
