I have seen Uggs mentioned several times in this thread, while I agree with you all that they are ugly, I think it's a regional thing. Uggs are worn all the time here in Colorado, with everything from legging, jeans, skirts and shorts. Even though I still they ugly I have 2 pair because they are warm and comfy.
Because they are ugly, they really is no 'wrong' way to wear Uggs.

People wear them all over the place here, too. I think they're awesome, but after I bought my house I ended up doing a lot of work outdoors. Climbing up hills, shoveling snow etc. The uggs kept my feet warm and had good traction.
Awesome in the like 10 feet of snow we got for the past couple of years. I even threw them in the washing machine twice. I also have a sheepskin barn jacket that I did my wintertime outdoor work in...and they matched!
My uggs now look like garbage, but I would totally recommend them to anyone. Sorry they're a "fad" but they're pretty good quality boots for winter. And comfy as all get out.
I just googled Camel toe and that has got to be the most disgusting thing ever!!! Why would any woman in their right mind, wear something that close to their Hoo-has!? WTH!?
