My Mom wore Nina Ricci L'air du Temps and my Mom-Mom wore Estee Lauder Knowing. I love reading how many maternal family members are remembered by the scent of Shalimar. It's one of my very favorites. Good, bad or indifferent, it is a classic that I consider unforgettable.

My mother wore Jovan Musk. Every time I smell it, I get a jolt, expecting to see her (it's not a popular scent, though they still make it).

My mom liked Charles of the Ritz and I have an aunt who used to wear Taboo. Very distinctive might I add.

Lavender and Orange. Mom used to keep in her pockets lavender and orange peel.

Now you made me cry

Imari from Avon or something. I don't like the smell of the perfume itself, but on my mother it's good.
