I'm going to pretty much echo what most of the other women said, no way am I sleeping with a bra on. First thing I do when I get home is take that torture device off. I've yet to find a bra that doesn't feel constricting.
I would rather be comfortable and have saggy boobs when I'm old than be stuck in a bra 24 hours a day.
The only time I ever slept in a bra was when I first hit puberty and my already big boobs were sore and painful all the time. Now I take it off whenever possible and sleep completely naked.
I used to sleep in a bra when I was younger, but in the last 14 years I go braless...It is much, more comfortable.
