Conventional wisdom is that women are less concerned about physical characteristics of the opposite sex than men are. However, what visual attribute on a guy is a real show stopper for you? To avoid the obvious "he's too short" let's say the guy in question is an acceptable height.
I have weird taste and find myself attracted to people who are not "traditional beauties/handsome" types. Personality really can go a long way, either in making someone more appealing or less. I will say that I don't like fake-looking men (or women)-men who dye their hair, get botox, etc.
Moustaches. And, unfortunately, it seems that 95% of the guys that are attracted to me have them. I will and do date moustachioed men, but I much prefer men that are clean-shaven or have a trimmed but full beard-moustache combo

Bad teeth. For me bad teeth inculdes terribly discolored, missing, extremely crooked and "chicklet" teeth. If I had to rate my list, the chicklet teeth would be second behind missing teeth.
I like men who stay in shape, but I'm turned off by guys who try too hard to show off their bodies or who wear revealing clothing. It's very unattractive to me.
Facial hair, hair that is overly styled/too much gel etc., overly confident (aka cockiness), and guys who smell like they went swimming in cologne/aftershave
Moustaches depending on the guys features, hairy chest, arms and back (yuck!), super bushy eyebrows and unibrows (ewwwww), guys that smoke cigarettes or cigars (I hate the smell of them!), one who drinks too much, and one that has that uncontrollable B.O. I've run into a few men that have it and it's disgusting!! >.<
