Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeww.

Back in my teen days, tasting on two nice boobs was a constant theme in my dream, I dreamt of it regularly LMAO.

In those terms, pierced boobs should have figured in the nightmares

Another constant nightmare theme was biting on a boobjobbed boob and the jelly falling all over me like it does on Will Smith in MIB

Anyway, where's Mrs Chamataka when I need her

They are in the same category as tats.
Tattoos are a fad? ~7000 years is a long time for a fad to hang on.

With a vertical barbell piercing there is a certain teeth/tongue maneuver that can be performed that the pierced-nipple women I have known seem to especially enjoy.

I don't think they look good on any breasts, big or small. The only thing it achieves is saying you like S&M, and that's not something you want to wait to mention until you're with the right man/woman at the right time.

The look extremely unattractive on all shapes and sizes of breasts. Very trashy and yucky.

Are you serious? It implies S&M? That's the silliest closeminded thing I've heard.

Problem is that larger breasts tend to move more and rub. That can lead to infection and scars. Also it looks like you have a double nipple or something odd when you are dressed. C cups fill out shirts more than a/b cups.

I had a boyfriend who had it done. It made his nips so sensitive you would flick it and he would be in real pain. He ended up taking them out but the pain was still there. He guessed nerve damage. All his other piercings turned out fine and the person who did them was reputable. But nerve damage happened anyway.

If you want a chest piercing why not go with a sternum piercing? Less nerves in that area and those look good with a larger chest without rub risk.

Depends on the boob and nipple. Some women would look good with them, others would scar people for life.

Be prepared for lots of staring, as those show through clothing a lot of the time.
