I think they look great. I had nice little rings on my C cups for about a year. I had surgery and they had to take the rings out and I never put them back in. I did find one nipple was to sensitive though with the piercing.

I don't think nipple piercings look good on ANY breasts. Large, small, male, female....makes no difference to me. Piercings to me are mutilation and laways look ridiculous.
