I have also gotten really lucky with finding cute summery dresses at Anthropologie, Macy's, Saks, Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx, Loehmann's, Bloomingdale's, eBay, etsy, and even at Ross.

It sorta looked like that but no pockets,a-line hem and cherry red. I cant find it online. Its that name though and has a really nice built in bra so you don't have to worry about strap issues.
