My closet is full of all sorts of brands since I only buy clothes I believe look flattering on me.

Sure I have more items of one brand over another. But not overwhelmingly so. I just don't like limiting myself to a brand of clothing when another brand might have a dress that looks fabulous in my style.

Jeans tend to be different since I find only certain brands look better on me than other brands. 7, one of mankind, Levi, you name it and ive tried it! They just don't fit me right but Lucky always does odd enough. Although jeans last so long for me that I only need a couple. My closet is full of dresses and skirts.

Is LL Bean a designer fashion?

I mean ... Someone has to design the clothes, right?

Designer clothes? What a joke. Pretentious, expensive and laughable. I'll stick with Hot Topic and KMart- value for the cash and great stuff.

The whole designer logo-wear trend really grew during the past 15 years or so. Logo-logo-logo. I would hope that it's just a fad that will disappear at some point.

I'm more interested in the quality of the material and the fit. I've been shocked at the cheapo stuff being sold by many designers, and by looking around I've found very nice linens, wools, etc. from much less glamourous stores... but if the clothes hang better, and are made of great material and look reasonably stylish, they're 10x the deal than I would get from designer logo stuff, no matter how far it may be marked down.

LOL I am broke, and I can't really afford designer clothing. I have a couple of things I got on sale, and the winner is probably Betsey Johnson.
