Ive always had my curves.

What some people dont get is that an hourglass is nothing but a rectangle with the sides cut out. A rounded rectangle, but you get my point.

Take the woman above. she could gain or lose 10 pounds, and I guarantee she would still be curvy. Curvy is not something that can be defined by weight. Skinny women can be curvy too. In fact, some of the most famous models have hourglass figures.

I don't see the difference between the woman above and number 1.
She may have smaller breasts, but that's because she has less body fat overall.
If the woman above went down to the size of the woman in pic #1 they would both look the same.

The woman above is overweight, probably obese?
She still looks nice though.

But one thing that I don't understand about this topic and that is I see muscle tone get thrown in a lot.
If the women above was riddled with cellulite on her thighs and flabby looking can she still be considered curvy?
What bout the women with great muscle tone who appear straight up and down?

Just 10?

I think she could lose more than that and definitely not gain more.

Plus size models are the perfect example of thick curvy. Toccara Jones is a perfect example of healthy thick curvy. I think its bad when people dismiss unhealthy weights with the claim that they are just curvy. They would still be that same body shape at a lower healthy weight.

Bottom line, women, if you are overweight, dont call yourselves "curvy". Vida Guerra is curvy. Beyonce is curvy. Kim K. is curvy. Sophia Vergara is curvy. Rosie is FAT. Queen Latifah is FAT. That maid/housekeep chick on Two and a Half Men is FAT. Do you UNDERSTAND?!?!?!?

You need to make the pics public to make them work.

Agreed!

I will say that I do not approve of making fun of someone for being overweight, but I still think that people should be realistic about what they are and not use fancy names for it to cover it up. I don't want anyone to feel bad about themselves for the way they look, but I also don't think that people should make it seem ok to be overweight when the reality is that it is very bad for your health.

Not curvy, TJ. Honest response.

The girl in the picture 2 posts above, she is the real curvy.

JetJockey is the real curvy.

You have some work to do and then you can be curvy
