Have you tried Bill's Khakis? He might like one of their fits, and they have a couple of options in a flat front. You can find them at some department stores, but generally, they are distributed from the company directly through their site, or through smaller shops.

Definitely not, tommo. Flat front, tailored-fit (i.e. slim/straight fit). Nothing stylistically different between these and the ones at Express that Antlers likes except the stigma that he chooses to attach to the store/brand.
