Women's opinion on male muscle exposure: Judge away (cut, guys, girls)

Straight to the point, what is your opinion on men who show off biceps and triceps in their clothing?
I'm a people observer and I observer mannerisms very well. Often times, I have seen certain guys in real life go out of the way to make sure their muscles (biceps and triceps) are noticed by the women in the vicinity. They even wear clothes which end strategically on the upper arm or even go upper to sleeveless. I have some polos which end short on the arm myself
A girl once told me she hates it when she walks past guys and they try to flex their muscles just at the moment she passes. She said, "Yaaaawwn with a ". She had a huge impact on my mindset and I pretty much switched exclusively to full sleeve polos, and rarely the half's when I'm running late at night to fill gas or get KFC.
As for me, I don't have big muscles at all. I never bulked up for clothing reasons, but there are some baby biceps and triceps owing to some exercises I do, like rowing.
How many of you have the same opinion as the girl I know? How many don't? Let's hear it.

Actually if the guy is trying too hard to get noticed its irritating. I get why he'd wear a muscle shirt, obviously to show off his hard work. But when they're making it obvious they want you to notice it's very annoying.

It depends on how it's done. If he's dressed appropriately for the occasion (like shirtless at the beach), I love it. But if you can tell he's just showing off (like those guys who cut the sleeves off their shirts)....eh, not so much. Not that I still won't look and admire, but I then start thinking he's trying to hard and he's not so attractive.
I think guys who wear flattering and form-fitting shirts so that you can see their muscles are sexy. I think guys who wear shirts with the sleeves cut off look kinda tacky. It's kinda like they're trying to show off.
I don't think it's any different for a guy to show off his hard earned muscles any more than a women that shows off her body for the opposite sex. So I'm inclined to appreciate some skin and muscle. If it looks good and you sport it well than by all means show it off.

I see your point there. For me, though, it looks best when a well-built guy wears a form-fitting shirt as opposed to a sleeveless shirt. Personal preference, I guess.

I love the form fitting shirts as well, they seem to define the muscle even more. I have to say though there's something sexy about a guy in a sleeveless shirt doing some kind of manual labor and his arms are flexed....Wow!

I agree. Especially in the summertime, and especially if he's doing something sporty.
