I like Gucci, Armani, Express, and places like that. High-end and in style.

Try it some time!
I've purchased casual sneakers on Zappos. They looked awesome on the computer. But not when I was holding them in my hand. Returned them both and never returned to Zappos.

And guess what, I'm not a rigid 12D, though 12D on 70% of the shoes go well on me. Based on leather and the shoe's design, sometimes 11.5D fits me like a glove. And there's one pair which had to be 12.5 coz the way it was designed, it was vertically crushing the upper part of my leg. I have to wear them 8am to 7pm, and Zappos just doesn't cut it

Returning is a pain. It's like a ritual. Sometimes you don't get the shipping cost back.

Zappos has been a god send for me (they don't sell my size in stores.) Been using them for 10+ years. They make returns so easy and free!!!! And my shoes are always here the next day.

Express and high-end don't belong in the same sentence.

For my husband for dress-casual, shoes, accessories: Nordstrom, Saks, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus

For casual wear: Duluth Trading and Cabelas

Suits, dress pants, sport jackets and dress shirts are custom from tailors overseas.

And we sometimes use Marsh's (a local store by us.)

Do everyday people buy their boxers and socks from Express? It's not like I'm buying suits from there.

I'll buy shoes from Zappos that i know will fit me: top siders, stan smiths, nike pegasus for running. Service is top notch.

Since i get different types of dress/business shoes, i need to try it on in the store.
