Either I'm pregnant and don't know it or I've just been wearing the wrong size all this time, thought I was a 34C. Regardless...where on earth am I supposed to find pretty bra's in this size that aren't expensive??? I"m somewhat disappointed.

Did you know that most women are wearing the wrong bra size? Problem is that, like with most women's clothing, there is no standard.

My least expensive bras came from FigLeaves. They're pretty comfortable.

Most really cute bras don't come in 32DD unless you special order it. Even then, you'd be looking to easily spend $50-$100 for a single bra.

Yes I knew that most women wear the wrong bra size. I've been measured a few times before and last time, they told me I'm a 32C but whenever I would try one on, the band felt way too small. turns out it was small because the cup size was too small.

I don't need a really cute bra. I like cute details for every day bras, nothing super fancy unless its a special occasion bra. Most basic bras I find are at least 40 bucks but I don't recall ever seeing many bras in DD smaller than a 36 band. Victoria's secret has my size but I don't want to spend all taht money. I'll check Figleaves though!

You shouldn't be disappointed, you should be thrilled that you're finally wearing the right size that will put your breasts where they're supposed to be. Wearing the right size can make a huge difference in your appearance.

The downside is, yes, mainstream bra makers haven't caught on to the fact that there are breasts outside the 34B-36D range. I've seen 32DD occasionally at department stores but couldn't tell you what the brand was. Sales associates might be able to point you in the right direction, just don't let them try and talk you into your old 34C size just because it's easier to find.

There's a little online community of women trying to draw attention to proper bra sizing, and they're usually the ones who need smaller band sizes. This young woman should be in something along the lines of a 24J, but 24 bands don't exist unless custom made. She lists several online shops that carry a wider range of sizes, including yours. Prices will vary but with a little research you can easily find 32DD bras in the $30 range.

Wow, thank you for the links! I'll check them more when I get back from work later. I'm not disappointed that I'm a bigger cup, just disappointed that now I have to spend a lot of money that I don't have in order to have bra's that fit . I spent years expanding my bra wardrobe and have lots of bra's I have to replace now..its incredibly frustrating.

Also, 24 size band???? woahhhhh is that like kid size???

Bras aren't supposed to last forever anyway.. I've even seen recommendations to replace them every 3 months. That's not economically feasible for most of us, I suspect!
