Nope. Not number 2-9, either.

And I bet the real woman who modeled for that cover doesn't look anything like that in real life. Don't you think the original has been photoshopped for the cover art? Watch this:

For what it's worth (speaking as a straight, non-black woman), I think she's gorgeous.

All modeling photos are airbrushed. That is just a basic requirement.

However, what is it about the model you don't like?

Gabrielle Union - Zap2it

do you think she is prettier? if so why?

To be completely honest, I am terribly weary of having "beautiful people" shoved down my throat by the media. Every once in a while, I see a woman in a TV ad that makes me sit up and say, There is a beautiful woman. But they don't look anything like the airbrushed cover girls.

Like the "South Pacific" woman in this ad:

And Jessica deClerq, who is a real State Farm agent in Mayville, North Dakota

Meh, she's okay. Bad hairstyle but apparently it's hiding her enormous forehead. But she has nice lips, nose, and skin.

And yeah, I'd say Gabrielle Union is prettier. She has those widespread eyes and full cheeks that make her look young and cute.

Free Gabrielle Union Headshot Wallpapers and Gabrielle Union Headshot Backgrounds

So it's Gabrielle's eyes that make her more attractive? The 'blasian look' that you find more appealing?

It's not any one feature that is better on one over the other, it's just how it all ties together.

You did mention Gabrielle's eyes are what gives her that edge. So it's the 'blasian look' that makes her more appealing?

you think the model in my first post has nice eyes, lips and nose but you think overall she's 'meh' which is confusing to me.

Wide set eyes and full cheeks gives a youthful look, and conveying youth, health, and fertility are the building blocks of what is perceived as attractive.

Rama has a disproportionately large forehead (possibly purposely exaggerated by thinning out her eyebrows) and hooded eyes (said she had nice, skin, not eyes). But you cover up that part of her face and she's perfectly lovely.

I do think people who are half black, half asian sometimes have a nice mix of features, but not necessarily any nicer than someone who is entirely black or entirely asian.
