Okay so I bought a bath brush soft bristles does not hurt at all and some aloe vera gel. I read online one woman was using aloe vera gel and vitamin e oil and the dots went away and never came back. I have been doing this for 2 days now, my legs feel smoother but still no improvement. I could not find vitamin e oil anywhere unfortunately. I hope they eventually go away if not, I just wont be showing my legs, simple as that.

You could also use self tanner or Mederma body makeup. I don't know how dark your skin is but a little more color if you are light skinned will help blend those out. I would try a gradual self tanner that is a lotion and tanner in one. Having dry skin can also make your stubble show as the skin is hydrated in the shower and then retracts as it drys out in the everyday air.
This just sounds like a lot of work for something that is hardly noticeable. I'd say embrace it and show your legs. Hair follicles are the least of my problems with my legs. I'd be happy to get rid of all the random scars I have.
