She's been airbrushed so much over the ribcage and arms, it's impossible to tell for sure; however, with the airbrushing that's been done, whoever paid for that photo thought she looked too bony for publication without touchups.
Probably. Her head looks a little too big for her body. But you never really know what people look like with all that photoshop these days. Her torso looks a little off. And the angle of her back looks really weird. And if you notice, most of the center of the picture looks pixelated.
I would need to see more photos. If this was an unretouched photo then I would say no, though you can't see if she has bird legs. It suggests that her ribs may show and that they were airbrushed.

I think she looks great, although yeah that pic is very photoshopped.
