I don't know the ages of the posters, but different strokes for different folk. That style doesn't bother me (and I have my fair share of plain, as well as embellished jeans). You don't need the approval of random strangers on a forum who don't really know you (and aren't going to see you in the jeans, anyway--unless you choose to post pictures). Buy what's best for you.

Exactly. I don't love those jeans, but I've seen a lot worse out there. To each his own.

They seem a little expensive, but not totally outlandish.
