Maybe a little bottom-heavy, but not fat. Despite what body fat percentage might say, she looks good in her clothes. I'd call her 'curvy'...MAYBE slightly pudgy in the leg area...but not anything close to fat/overweight. That said, she's probably at a greater risk of gaining weight if she isn't careful.
We may just be using fat to mean different things. I'd say anyone carrying excess body fat is fat. They can still be curvy, gorgeous, and healthy but if you're overweight because of extra fat, I'm calling it fat.
I think she looks pretty similar to this young woman, maybe a bit bigger overall. And, though she looks lovely, this woman is overweight by BMI (not my favorite tool but it's all the information we can gather) and probably overweight by body fat percentage.

^ I don't even find that attractive. I find that grotesque. I like a nice shapely pair as much as any man, but sorry those look more like two balloons than anything God created.

I like medium to thicker and curvy. I think that's what most women fall into.
